In line with celebrating our 21st year in business, we will be sharing ‘21 Pareto Grad to Greats’ with you – one each day from now until Dec 1st. On this day, our Greats will attend our awards ceremony in London – to be recognised for their outstanding achievements. 
Our first Great is Andy Matthews, who attended Pareto’s first ever assessment day in 1995. His exceptional career spans over 20 years, from graduate to Sales Director, Managing Director and now Founder and Business Owner. Well done Andy!
